La Lega’s Number One Is in Brussels

The highest-placed restaurant in La Lega, League Index’s Italian Restaurant League, is not in Italy. Senzanome in Brussels leads the 2026 table with 96.6 points out of 100, 0.3 ahead of Autem in Milan (96.3).

Third and fourth are also abroad: Roscioli NYC in New York (95.7) and Il Ristorante Luca Fantin at the Bvlgari in Tokyo (95.2). Next in Italy after Autem come Piazzetta Milù in Castellammare di Stabia, fifth with 94.9, and Da Vittorio in Brusaporto, sixth with 94.7.

Italy still leads on numbers. It has 122 of the 217 restaurants in the league and 15 of the 22 in Serie A. The other seven Serie A restaurants are in Argentina, Belgium, Japan, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, which has two.
